Information on the services offered and the tariffs that may be applied can be requested by calling +393298611040, reservations are made exclusively by sending an whatsapp to the number: +39 329.86.11.040, or by sending an email to our address reservations@spadatransferinsicily.com, indicating the day, the time you want to be taken, the starting address, the destination and the number of people; in case of arrival at the airport it is necessary to indicate the flight number, as well as all the required data as previously written, or by directly filling in the booking form on this site.

NOTE: for some routes from Catania, Palermo and Trapani and Perugia(especially to the airports there are rates predetermined regardless of the actual kilometers), therefore please first check the offers shown in the appropriate sections.

We remind you that in the event of exceptional events beyond our control such as delays of carriers or baggage not arriving or delivered late (N.B. after the first hour which is free) and for our planning of subsequent services entrusted to our drivers it could happen that more arriving customers are grouped together, obviously always with the adaptation of the means of transport necessary for the complete performance of the service, each one will have to pay the single fare for their service.
When the flight departure delay is more than one hour and thirty minutes and up to an undetermined time, the service is considered canceled by us without any charge to the customer.
If, however, the customer asks to maintain the booked service, a supplement of 10 euros will have to be paid every 30 minutes or fraction of half an hour after the first hour which remains free (original arrival time), until arrival by car.
In the event that upon arrival of the plane the driver has to wait further for reasons not dependent on Spada Transfer in Sicily due to problems with delays in the delivery of baggage or complaints for loss of the same, the driver will remain available free of charge for 1 additional hour, subsequently the supplement of 10 euros must be paid every 30 minutes or fraction of half an hour until arrival by car.

Given our willingness to offer free machine time, we hope to also have limited flexibility and understanding on the part of our customers.
If for any reason our car does not show up for the scheduled appointment, to avoid further inconvenience and worries the customer can use any substitute means as long as it is non-scheduled public transport (taxi 0918481 or other NCC) and the difference on the fare between the paid and the rate established with us will be refunded to the customer.
As for season ticket holders, they will also have to pay the difference in the wait directly to the season ticket driver

SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Any type of subscription has no time limit, is not nominal (it must always be requested by the subscriber of the subscription) and is neither returnable nor compensable due to its nature 

OUR PRICES INCLUDE:
The vehicle with driver available;
All highway tolls;
Fuel.
OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

The luggage that can be transported on our vehicles is in the ratio of one small or large rigid suitcase per person. Any excess rigid luggage will be charged 5 euros per piece of luggage and must be paid directly to the driver.
Welcome with a sign with the name, company logo at the airport or stations €6.00; Car downtime available every 30 minutes or part thereof €12.00, for the 9-seater minibus €17.00; maximum duration of the h/day service is 6 hours, f/day is 10 hours; the service time begins at departure and must end within the maximum time upon return to the starting point; Over 6 hours of continuous service, lunches and/or dinners are paid to the driver at €15.00 per meal and, if over 10 hours of continuous service, an overnight stay is also €35.00; VAT 10%; Welcoming guests in the arrivals hall €6.00 Where required, entrance fees (check points), parking and restricted traffic areas in the cities; The cost of employing tourist guides; For services in the city, the night service applies from 8.00pm to 6.59am and a supplement of €5.00 will be applied only from Palermo to Palermo for the night service and €10.00 from Palermo to Mondello, Sferracavallo or Monreale or vice versa For each service carried out in any city in Umbria the supplement for the night from 8.00 pm to 6.59 am will be 5 euros for a car and 10 euros for the minivan For services in the city only, 5 euros will have to be paid for any stops after departure to reach the final destination. CITY RACE SUBSCRIPTION:
For those who use the city pass, we remind you that the service without extras is until 8.00pm and until 6.59am, a supplement of €5.00 will be applied for the night and on any subsequent stops.


CANCELLATION
Cancellation of the service without penalty is accepted within 6 hours in advance for services in the city, and within 24 hours in advance for services outside the city. Cancellations received after the scheduled time will be subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the service.
For arrivals at the airport, if not notified in advance, a maximum delay of 1 hour from the certified time of landing is tolerated, beyond this deadline an hour of available time is considered every hour or fraction until the customer's arrival.
